To celebrate the amazing colours that autumn brings to Antony Woodland Garden we are running a fabulous ‘Cone for a Scone’ Trail!
Your task (should you choose to accept it!) is to collect a Monterey pine cone and swap it for a delicious homemade scone and jam at the Broomhill Cottage Tea Room located at the entrance to the Woodland Garden.
The autumn really is a beautiful time of year to admire and discover the world-class collection of magnolias trees, camellia trees an other ornamental woody plants including acers, hydrangeas and rhododendrons.
This is a great event to get the whole family exploring mother nature, for amateur gardeners to discover interesting varieties and for serious gardeners to admire the various species.
As Antony Woodland Garden covers nearly 100 acres and has 1000s of different varieties of trees, shrubs, bushes and plants that perform a spectacular natural firework display each autumn – this really is the perfect season to see mother nature at her best.
Is there a better way to spend an autumn day?
