We will be running a number of guided garden walks at sundown over the coming months. Before the evening chill sets in and the cool late afternoon breeze prickles goose-bumps on sun warmed skin, join us for a magical guided walk as the sun drops low over the still waters of the Lynher estuary.
This is a time of day that not many people experience because the Gardens are invariably closed to the public. Yet its a magical time of day that shouldn’t be missed. The birds are singing their dusk chorus, the setting sun is reflected in the dark still waters of the estuary and the foreshore is washed by a golden light.
The next Evening Walk with Tea & Cake at Broomhill Cottage will be guided by Estate Manager Ian Rideout and take place this Thursday, 16th May.
Meet at Broomhill Cottage Vintage Tea-Room & Gift Shop at 18.30 sharp. Please allow 2 hours.
